Our People

IBI Partners are committed to attracting, developing and retaining high‐calibre individuals who have the talent and drive to deliver the highest possible service to our clients.

The research and advisory work that we undertake for our clients is specialized with very few organisations undertaking work to our level throughout the Asia Pacific region. As a consequence, we place great emphasis on finding the right people and providing opportunities for advancement.

Our people typically come from top‐tier management consulting firms, leading market research organisations, or senior positions in client companies, where relevant experience has been gained. Additionally, most possess postgraduate education, have international business experience, a strong understanding of the Asia Pacific region and are multi‐lingual.
