Our extensive, modern facilities support our operations throughout the Asia Pacific region, enabling us to undertake qualitative and quantitative data collection expeditiously, accurately and cost effectively.
In addition to our physical and technological facilities and infrastructure, we have qualitative moderators with experience in specific industries and fluent in many languages, plus a field force of over 500 well-trained, experienced quantitative interviewers covering the Asia Pacific region.
We are at the forefront of developing and utilising new data collection techniques, such as undertaking live focus group moderation utilising audio visual webcast technology and deploying multi-country surveys in several languages that can be responded to instantaneously through respondent’s mobile phones.

- The latest Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) infrastructure, coupled with both full-time and part-time interviewers who are highly trained and have language capabilities that cover the Asia Pacific region.

- The latest Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) technology, coupled with both full-time and part-time interviewers who are highly trained and have language capabilities and geographic presence to cover the Asia Pacific region.

- Live moderation using both audio visual webcast technology and text-based discussion room chat technology in multiple languages.

- Internet and email based surveys, capable of being undertaken in multiple languages.
